Student Elections

Student elections were temporarily discontinued prior to the 2020 presidential election cycle to allow our staff to focus our efforts on preparing for the busy election cycle. We are currently reviewing the program to determine when and how to bring it back.

In the meantime, there are still opportunities for high school students to participate in the voting process this year.

We encourage students who will be 18 years-old before the next election to register to vote.

Students who will be 16 or 17 on election day can also apply to be student election workers. Election workers serve at a polling place on election day or at an advance voting location to help their neighbors vote. Being an election worker is a great way to participate in democracy, serve the community, and earn money.
