Overview
The Johnson County Election Office invites elementary and middle school students to unleash their creativity by designing a “Future Voter” sticker! Three designs will be chosen – one from K-2, 3-5, and 6-8 grades – to be distributed to youth at advance voting sites and Election Day polling sites across Johnson County.

Who is eligible?
The competition is open to Johnson County students who are in grades K-8, or home-schooled students between the ages of 5 and 14. Students must be residents of Johnson County, KS, or must attend school, whether public, private, or home-schooled, in Johnson County, KS.
The student also may not be a relative of an employee of the Johnson County Election Office.
What are the design requirements?
- Artwork must be round and include the phrase “Future Voter”. Entries may be submitted using the template provided by the Johnson County Election Office or may be created using the student’s own materials.
- All artwork must be nonpartisan and may not promote or disparage any party, candidate, or issue, or contain language or depictions that in the determination of the Johnson County Election Office are inappropriate for use. The determination of the Johnson County Election Office shall be final.
- All submitted artwork must be the student’s original artwork and may not include any copyright images or trademarks and may not infringe upon any person’s right of privacy, publicity, or other right.
